gooberCall integrates automatically into the address book. After set-up an entry named "gooberCall" will be added to it's context menu (printscreen-link). You start the call hereby.
According to this you won't have to start any software - just set it up once!
After set-up you will find gooberCall at "Applications". To save money start the software and initiate the call.
The software has direct access to your address book. Handling will stay unmodified.
The software sets up at applications or games. When starting for the first time, the software imports your address book. Afterwards, you can easily make favorable phone calls out of the gooberCall application.
There are two types of costs that (may) incur when using gooberCall.
- You will place a landline connection to our server – this is the number that you (or the software) will dial before entering the actual destination phone number. This call will be charged by your operator as a regular landline call – costs will depend on your cell phone contract.
- You will be transmitted to your destination phone number. This connection will charge your gooberCall credit according to our price plans.
Example for a 10-minutes phone call from Germany to the USA:
- A landline call costs 10 cents/minute:
10 minutes x 10 cent/minute (charge via operator)
10 minutes x 2,9 cent/minute = 29 Cent (charge via gooberCall account)
Total costs: 1,29 € - You have a flatrate into German landline 10 minutes x 0 cent/minute = 0 cent (no charge because of flatrate)
10 minutes x 2,9 cent/minute = 29 Cent (charge via gooberCall account)
Total costs: 29 cent

No. There is a pulldown-menu with local access numbers within the gooberCall software at menu- access number. You can select the countries access numbers there.
No. You can assign as many cell phone numbers as you would like to your gooberCall account. All costs will be set off this credit.
